Free Hugs installation version

Installation can be interactive,
Installation can be site-specific

Inspired by Free Hugs, I am planning to hold a free hugs activity in CityU.

I want to combine with the mode of Flight Game飛行棋

people in CItyU become part of a chess-man, when they are standing on a mark " HUG "

I ( and other helpers ?) will hug them ~

it aims to change the habit and reproduction of space

Also, many fuctions will add e.g. " say thank you" @垃圾房 to cleanser

, " STOP","GO INSIDE"...

with site specific

冷巷的裝置狂想

小時住的地方對著後巷,
樓和樓之間的距離很近
樓下是食肆,濃烈的油煙味充斥整個童年
有時我愛觀察其他樓宇的住客做瑣碎事,
跟對面樓的上身赤裸老伯對望
(大喊之後縮低,好叫他看不見我)
冷巷有種神秘的距離感,
但大家也喜歡在裡頭做私人事,
小小的地方最能觀看人生百態

自搬往藍田後,上星期漫遊觀塘
那裡有數不清的冷巷,裡面也有不同的店舖營業
上海理髮店,賣街邊小吃,手提電話,印尼小吃...

amazing!!!
心裡看得興奮,
但觀塘快要重建了,
我很希望做一件installation,
營造一份又黑又窄的空間,
觀眾要走也至不完的長
要有很多障礙物如垃圾和垃圾車
沿途卻有氣味和叫賣的
有時會摸到老鼠和小強的感覺

或是我可以把一條冷巷封了
佈置得和本身完全不一樣的風格
放上sofa和茶水間,還有雜誌圖書館,
要有風扇吹吹風
那拾垃圾和洗碟的人就可以有一個小小的私人空間來休息了!

我想弄一本書, 隨著時間變化,陽光reflection,

影子的長短,露水的滋長,書的內容會有所不同

想利用上回做泥腳時用剩的泥,

看看會否種些什麼.

而又跟這本自然的書連繫上來

中國古時好像有個鍾,跟據陽光變化而成

十分準確但我忘了它的名字,

希望可以找到再深究

Extented my idea of soil feet, I would like to make a book

which context changes forever, with .

with the use of soil

there are lots of pills in my home,
one day i find a pill with sugar coating get mold,

i didn't throw it away immediately,
I put it into a water,
to see its process of dissolving
and i pick the pill up during the process,
it becomes soft and getting small
from soild to liquild and then become solid

i never have a concept that how a pill made up of,
but the process of pills inspiring me to develope this thing

maybe swimming during a pool of dissolving pills
haha

Inspired by the experience that we told secret to the moon when we were young,

we alwasys image there would be another world on the moon.

the distance seem so far,

but we are still waiting for the one who is willing to listen our heart.

the installation is to reproduce the experience ,

whispering to the moon

material: electronic components, ardurino( control the delay and sound level), LEDs, a mic sensor

How to play:

audience need to whispering to the mic sensor,

then the moon will answer you as the video shown

Process

I use mixture of bean powder to stick soil and tree sticks together,

and to create similar texture of human.

In my ideal plan, I hope every components are organic and can be decated to nature.

but I cannot fix the problem on keeping straight form of tree sticks.
